Arken Imirbaki
Arken Imirbaki is elected vice-chairperson of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) at the first session of the 13th NPC in Beijing, capital of China, March 17, 2018. (Xinhua)
Arken Imirbaki, born in September 1953 of Uygur ethnicity, is a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee. He was a vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th NPC.
