Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Opening Date of the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Congress

At its 16th Meeting on February 24, 2020, the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress decided to postpone the time for convening the Third Session of the Thirteenth National Congress, and that the specific opening time was to be decided by the Standing Committee of National People's Congress as it deems appropriate. Having taken all factors into consideration, the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People's Congress has decided as follows at its 17th Meeting: 

The Third Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress is to be opened on May 22, 2020.
