Imirbaki attended a video conference on June 10 to hear the province's report on the law's enforcement. The inspection team also had exchanges with officials and those engaged in science communication at the meeting. This was then followed by field inspections in Shandong on June 12 and 13.

In the cities of Binzhou and Dezhou, the team visited a science and technology museum, museums established by enterprises, residential communities, a primary school, and a start-up hub. They gained a good understanding of Shandong's efforts to improve people's scientific literacy.

Noting that Shandong has made achievements in enforcing the law, Imirbaki called for continued efforts in this regard, be open-minded to various suggestions in addressing problems, and speed up revision process of the law, to further underpin the science popularization endeavors.
