Senior Chinese legislator meets with Australian ambassador to China
Tie Ning, vice-chairperson of the Standing Committee of China’s National People's Congress (NPC) and chairperson of the China-Australia parliamentary exchange mechanism of China’s NPC, met with Australian Ambassador to China Graham Fletcher in Beijing on Aug 1.
The two sides exchanged views on the development of China-Australia relations, and the interaction between the legislative bodies of the two countries.
