Peruvian ambassador: China's 15th Five-Year Plan will show strong global cooperation capability

Carlos Vasquez, Peruvian ambassador to China, stated in a recent interview with China Daily that the upcoming China's 15th Five-Year Plan will show that the Chinese government attaches great importance to formulating long-term plans and maintaining strategic clarity. In his view, the proposals fully demonstrate the ability of the Chinese economy to cooperate with other countries.
