Lawmakers on Tuesday started deliberating a draft revision to the Law on Penalties for Administration of Public Security.
Kindergartens in China should immediately take protective measures if they discover that preschool children have been harmed, or are suspected of being harmed, according to the draft preschool education law.
The draft revision stipulates strengthening the protection and management of cultural relics, enhancing the investigation of cultural relics resources, and building a contingent of cultural relics professionals.
The amended law, which will take effect on Jan 1, stipulates that customs authorities have the authority to require taking body temperatures and carrying out medical inspections for inbound and outbound travelers.
