Top legislator to attend world parliament speakers conference
BEIJING -- Li Zhanshu, chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee, will attend the Fifth World Conference of Speakers of Parliament Wednesday in Beijing via video link, according to an NPC statement.
