BEIJING -- The following is the schedule for the fourth session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) on March 8.

-- NPC deputies will hold group meetings to deliberate the draft amendments to the Organic Law of the NPC and the Rules of Procedure for the NPC, as well as a draft NPC decision on improving the electoral system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

-- At 3 pm, the fourth session of the 13th NPC will hold its second plenary meeting to hear the work report of the NPC Standing Committee delivered by its chairman Li Zhanshu; the work report of the Supreme People's Court delivered by its president Zhou Qiang; and the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate delivered by Procurator-General Zhang Jun.

-- The NPC Constitution and Law Committee will deliberate the draft amendments to the Organic Law of the NPC and the Rules of Procedure for the NPC, as well as a draft NPC decision on improving the electoral system of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
