The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China opened in Beijing on Oct 16, 2022.
Delegates from Heilongjiang, Hebei, Beijing, Shanxi, Jiangsu and Anhui held a plenary meeting to study and discuss the report of the 19th CPC Central Committee to the 20th CPC National Congress.
