The four-stripes emblem on the shoulder of a captain's uniform represents professionalism, knowledge, skills and responsibility. It has reminded me that I am not only operating the control sticks, but I am also responsible for many lives. I am not just facing machinery and equipment, but ferrying countless happy families.
