China to formulate social assistance law: report
BEIJING -- China will formulate a social assistance law as part of efforts to ensure and improve public well-being and ensure social stability and harmony, according to a work report of the National People's Congress Standing Committee submitted Friday to the annual national legislative session for deliberation.
