APS director: Never a threat, China is a model for third world countries
Momar Diongue, managing director of Senegalese Press Agency, spoke highly of the fruitful results of the Africa-China cooperation during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and denounced the so-called "China threat" rhetoric. He said that China is never a threat, but instead an inspiring model for the third world countries in Africa.
