Senior Chinese legislator attends reception marking 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day
On Sept 19, Zhang Qingwei, vice-chairman of China's National People's Congress Standing Committee, attended a reception hosted by the Vietnamese embassy in China to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's National Day.
He exchanged views with Vietnamese Ambassador to China Pham Thanh Binh on China-Vietnam relations in a cordial environment.
