Senior Chinese legislator attends reception celebrating 80th anniversary of founding of Arab League
On Nov 18, Zhang Qingwei, vice-chairman of China's National People's Congress Standing Committee, attended a reception celebrating the 80th anniversary of the founding of the League of Arab States (LAS), which was hosted by the LAS Mission in China.
Zhang and Ahmed Aboul-Gheit, secretary-general of the LAS, delivered remarks and exchanged views on China-Arab relations in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
