Xi's special envoy to attend high-level int'l forum dedicated to International Year of Peace and Trust
BEIJING -- At the invitation of Turkmenistan, Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Peng Qinghua will attend the High-Level International Forum dedicated to the International Year of Peace and Trust to be held in Turkmenistan on Dec 12, the Chinese foreign ministry announced on Wednesday.
Peng is vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress.
