Senior Chinese legislator meets with delegation of Canada-China Legislative Association
Peng Qinghua, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress, met with a delegation led by Clement Gignac and Zoe Royer, co-chairs of the Canada-China Legislative Association under the Parliament of Canada, in Beijing on March 16.
The two sides exchanged in-depth views on China-Canada relations, exchanges between legislative bodies and issues of common concern.
