2026 Issue 2
A draft revision to the Agriculture Law was submitted on April 27 to a standing committee session of the National People’s Congress (NPC), the top legislature, for initial review. The revision is designed to furtherconsolidate and strengthenthe fundamental role of agriculturein the national economy.
