Li Lecheng elected governor of Liaoning by provincial legislature
SHENYANG -- Li Lecheng was elected governor of Northeast China's Liaoning province by the provincial legislature on Monday.
The 14th Liaoning Provincial People's Congress elected the governor at its first session.
