Liang Huiling elected governor of Heilongjiang by provincial legislature
HARBIN -- Liang Huiling was elected governor of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province by the provincial legislature on Monday.
The 14th Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress elected the governor at its first session.
